On December 20th director Peter Jackson released a gift to the Beatles loving world in the form of a sneak peak, not an official trailer but a glimpse into his upcoming film “The Beatles: Get Back”. This film takes place during the period of their record “Let It Be” and is made up of 56 + hours of film. Unlike the film “Let It Be” that gave a bleak viewpoint to their final record, this one seems to spotlight the good times, friendship, comradery, and all-around goofiness that made up the Beatles.
The film is slated to be released in 2021 with an official trailer being released in the coming months.
We get to see one of the most iconic drummers of our time playing, goofing around, and having fun – Ringo!!!!
When released in 2021 it will be available online for streaming and Disney+.
