Liquid Tension Experiment, the prog supergroup featuring Dream Theater members John Petrucci and Jordan Rudess, ex-Dream Theater drummer Mike Portnoy, and King Crimson bassist Tony Levin, has announced its comeback.
The group hasn’t performed live since 2008 and hasn’t been in the studio for almost a decade more, releasing its latest album “Liquid Tension Experiment 2” in 1999.
The guys have shared a photo of themselves with “LTE 3” written across their masks, giving a strong hint that a new record is under construction.
It was believed that LIQUID TENSION EXPERIMENT would never get back together, hopefully we’ll see a new record from them in 2021….will there be a tour?
