The Mid Atlantic Drum Camp is a one of a kind camp for drummers ages 9-23 years old
The Camp “hits the ground drumming” Saturday evening July 12 and runs through Thursday July 17, 2025. The 5-day / 5- night immersive camp is structured for young drummers, who are separated into small groups based on skill. The camp brings the best Drummers and Educators to Maryland to educate and inspire young drummers from across the nation and at all stages of their drum journey. This event provides an exclusive opportunity for the next generation of drummers to live with, work with and learn from drummers and/or educators at the top of the drum spectrum.
2025 Artists in Residence include Matt Garstka, Teddy Campbell, Alex Cohen and a few more.
GOAL: To inspire the next generation of drummers by helping to increase their drum passion and advance their musicianship on the kit. We teach the latest drum concepts, technical, and applicable to all music styles and in situations. The camp demonstrates knowledge gained in a culminating performance for camp peers,artists, family, friends and local community.
