Gilbrook, known for his powerful drumming style and impeccable technique, shared his excitement on social media, revealing that he is now officially an endorsee of WFL III Drums.

Russ Gilbrook is best known as the drummer for the British rock band Uriah Heep. Over the years, he has built a diverse career, supporting artists like Greg Bissonette, Liberty DeVitto, and Chris Barber, and playing with legends such as Tony Iommi, Van Morrison, and John Farnham. He replaced Cozy Powell in Bedlam and contributed to Pete Bardens’ albums.

Gilbrook is also an educator, teaching on Sky Television’s musician’s channel and at the Brighton Institute of Modern Music. He’s published teaching guides and conducted drum clinics across Europe.

He co-designed bass drum beaters with Marrell Drums and uses British Drum Company drums, Code drumheads, Paiste cymbals, and Pellwood drumsticks. In 2012, he joined Avantasia for their The Mystery of Time album, further cementing his versatile musical career.
