The GRETSCHWARE EXPLORER SERIES is the perfect fit for drummers looking for inexpensive and lightweight hardware. The Explorer Series hardware is equipped with distinctive Gretsch features such as metal memory locks, the newly developed Smooth-Connect Tube Joint, the Precision Cymbal Tilter and classic Gretsch style features like the T-Rod wing screws and Easy Glide GRETSCH footboards.
If it’s for your first drum kit, the club-stage-road kit, or just to relieve your back when packing the hardware bag in the trunk, the Gretsch Explorer Hardware Series will help you to explore drumming in a comfortable way.

When the R&D team challenged themselves to design new Gretsch hardware to better suit the needs of drummers and percussionists, they didn’t settle on the “quick and simple” approach. Much thought went into every aspect of its creation, resulting in hardware of the highest caliber of engineering, durability, and the most “Gretschy” design that Gretsch fans will appreciate.
The result of this endeavor is the GRETSCH CONCERT SERIES, the most extensive assortment of hardware we have introduced. Some of the newly introduced items (such as a double bass drum pedal or our 2-legged Hi-Hat stand) are just a couple of hardware pieces you might need to build a comprehensive all-Gretsch set up.
Equipped with Gretsch’s signature T-Rod Wing Screws and Easy Glide GRETSCH footboards, the Concert Series provides endurance, reliability and classic Gretsch style. The hardware features Hinged Metal Memory Locks and an upgraded Hinged Tube Joint with Plastic Tube Insulators, ensuring stability and smooth adjustability.
Whether it’s for rehearsal spaces, club gigs, or building a versatile road kit, the Gretsch Concert Series hardware gives drummers the tools to perform with confidence and style.
