Ludwig Drum Company recently announced Tré Cool’s return to the Ludwig family.
In the announcement, Ludwig wrote, “It’s official and oh-so epic— Tre Cool of Green Day is back on the Ludwig Artist Roster! A legend returns to his roots, and we’re all about those signature fills and killer solos. Ludwig, It H.I.T.S. Different.” This declaration underscored the excitement surrounding Cool’s reunion with the brand that has been synonymous with his iconic sound.
Adding his own brand of humor to the occasion, Cool commented, “Hey Ludwig! Welcome back to Green Day!” His playful remark highlighted the unique bond between artist and instrument, showcasing the camaraderie between Cool and the Ludwig family.
