After years of trying to offload his mansion outside of Los Angeles, Tommy Lee has finally sold the place. If you remember, last September we post the article “Tommy Lee Relists His Calabasas Home For $4.6 Million” that outlined the history of him trying to sell the house.
The Mötley Crüe drummer had been listing his home sporadically since 2016, for as much as $6 million. But in the end, the six-bedroom, eight-bath, nearly 10,000-square-foot dwelling went for much less—$3,650,000.
Unfortunately, Lee sold it at a loss, as he purchased the Calabasas, CA, property in 2007 for $5,850,000. And he likely sunk in thousands more to achieve the pad’s wild, rock-star design. Take a look.
