Pacific Drums and Percussion (PDP) introduces the 2023 limited-edition Concept™ Series Mapa Burl 4-piece shell pack and matching Concept™ Series Mapa Burl Snare.
Available for 2023 only, this limited-edition shell pack and matching snare are crafted from 7-ply 100% pure European Maple and wrapped in a beautiful figured Mapa Burl veneer. The swirling patterns of this top quality veneer have been enhanced with a clear lacquer finish that allows the wood grain to shine through. This spectacular look is framed by a striking black burst finish and all drums feature a special PDP limited-edition badge.
The drums are all fitted with antique bronze hardware, stylish dual-turret lugs and high-end DW appointments including the S.T.M (Suspension Tom Mounts), True-Pitch® tuning rods, and DW Heads™ by Remo®.
The pre-configured shell pack consists of 8 x 10” and 9 x 12” rack toms, a 14 x 16” floor tom, and 18 x 22” kick drum. A matching 5.5 x 14” snare drum is available separately to accompany the setup.
