Tom Benko will be behind the kit with The 8G Band sitting in on ‘Late Night With Seth Meyers‘ September 26th to 29th.
Tom is a Chicago based artist, he is a teacher and performer exploring electro-acoustic percussion, ambience and curated peculiarity. He has worked with Blue Man Group, Chicago Bears Drumline, Chicago Bulls Percusion Ensemble, Minor Characters, Kevin Presbrey, Greg Hyde and Sam Rae and has released multiple albums including his latest album, ‘Rodina‘ in 2019. He hosts an ongoing bi-monthly music series called Emanation at the Deagan Music Building. Tom is known in the Chicago music community as an innovative educational percussion artist.
